1Who we are
latstats.lv is an independent Latvian hockey statistics portal. We aggregate publicly available hockey statistics from official sources (IIHF, NHL, KHL and others) and present them in Latvian and English.
Our website is not designed for user registration or account creation. We do not collect or store passwords or other authentication data.
2What data we collect
2.1 Technical data
- IP address (used for technical purposes and security)
- Browser type and version, operating system, language
- Visited pages, visit time and duration
- Server logs (for security and error tracing)
2.2 Form submissions
- Name and email address you provide in the contact form
- Subject and message content
We use this information only to respond to your request. Messages are not used for marketing.
4Third parties
Some services we use may process data under their own terms:
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage statistics, loaded only after consent. Google privacy policy
- YouTube — embedded highlight videos. Google privacy policy
- Google Fonts — font loading, may receive your IP address. Google Fonts privacy
5Your rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law you have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — the right to be forgotten
- Restriction — pause data processing
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing for marketing purposes
We will respond to requests within 30 days. If you disagree with our decision you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.
6Player data
Information about hockey players — names, statistics, game history and other publicly available data — is published from publicly available sources (official websites, news portals, league records).
Right to request data deletion
Every player has the right to request the deletion of their data from our system. If you are a player and do not want your information shown on the site, we will delete your data as soon as possible after receiving your request.
If you are a child or a minor player — or a parent or guardian — you can also contact us. Child data is removed immediately after such a request.
What we delete
- Player profile and all associated information
- Statistics and game history
- Related news articles (where possible)
- Other content related to the player
To submit a request, use the contact form, select the Data deletion request topic, and include the player name, ID (if known) and your relationship with the player.

Privacy questions and data requests can be sent through the contact form. Pick the relevant topic so we can route the request correctly.
This is version 1.0, effective from 2026-04-30. We may update this policy and will note significant changes here.
8TikTok integrācija
latstats.lv izmanto TikTok integrāciju (TikTok Login Kit un Content Posting API) tikai latstats.lv administratoru vajadzībām – lai publicētu vietnes pašas statistikas kartītes latstats.lv TikTok kontā. Vietnes apmeklētāji TikTok nepieslēdz, un apmeklētāju dati uz TikTok netiek sūtīti.
Ko mēs glabājam
- pieslēgtā TikTok konta open_id, attēlojamo vārdu un avatāra URL;
- OAuth piekļuves un atjaunošanas tokenus šifrētā veidā, to derīguma termiņus un piešķirtās atļaujas (user.info.basic, video.publish, video.upload);
- mūsu pašu ierakstu žurnālu: nosaukums, apraksts, privātuma līmenis, mijiedarbības un komerciālā satura iestatījumi, TikTok publish_id un statuss.
Kāpēc un kam ir piekļuve
Dati tiek izmantoti tikai satura publicēšanai un tā statusa pārbaudei TikTok. Tiem var piekļūt tikai latstats.lv administratori. Dati netiek pārdoti, nodoti trešajām personām vai izmantoti reklāmai.
Cik ilgi
Tokeni tiek glabāti, kamēr konts ir pieslēgts (TikTok piekļuves tokens derīgs 24 stundas un tiek atjaunots automātiski, atjaunošanas tokens – 365 dienas). Ierakstu žurnāls tiek glabāts, kamēr pastāv paši ieraksti.
Atvienošana un dzēšana
Administrators jebkurā brīdī var atvienot kontu admin panelī: mēs atsaucam piekļuvi TikTok pusē un nekavējoties dzēšam saglabātos tokenus un profila datus. Piekļuvi var noņemt arī TikTok lietotnē: Iestatījumi → Drošība → Lietotņu atļaujas. Lai pieprasītu saistīto datu dzēšanu, raksti uz [email protected].
